Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During high order volumes, additional processing time may be required.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number that becomes active within 24-72 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that the delivery location is secure. For enhanced security, contact us before placing your order to arrange delivery with a confirmation signature (additional fees may apply).

Customer Error: If a shipment is returned due to customer error (such as an incorrect address, cancellation, or repeated failure to receive the order), we will refund the order amount minus the courier and packing charges.

Damaged or Faulty Products: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 6-12 hours of receipt at info@madnepalhoney.com with a photo of the item and your order details. We will guide you through the process for a refund or replacement.
