Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Defective or Damaged Items: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at info@madnepalhoney.com with a photo of the defect or damage and your order details. The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Health & Safety (Personal Care Products): Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return or refund.

No Refunds for Accidental Orders and Change of Mind

Accidental Orders & Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or accept returns for orders placed by accident, for customer errors in ordering, or for any change of mind after purchase. Please verify your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: If you cancel your order after payment but before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Please note that refund processing may take up to 7 working days for your bank to credit the funds.

After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, cancellations are not accepted. No refund will be issued for change-of-mind or accidental orders.

Additional Information

Non-returnable Items: Certain items, including perishable goods, custom orders, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gift cards, and sale items, are non-returnable.

Exchanges: Are not offered but replacements without return of the original item can be sent if there's an issue with the received item.

Refund Processing: Once a return (Only if the customer refused courier delivery, In most cases we do not accept returns) is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
